New Rakdos(Black-Red) Sligh in Standard

For those who love to throw burn at their opponent's dome, here's the right deck for you. Missing the original Rakdos Sligh way back when Ravnica was still legal in Standard, I made or actually researched possible deck list for its comeback build and Morningtide has completed the deck's 16 burn spells by providing Shard Volley.
