The Flat Belly Diet

Getting a good exercise is one of my outlets whenever I’m not that busy at work. However, the only exercise that I got to do is walking from office to my boarding house in the morning after my shift. The bad thing is that the walking exercise is not enough to prevent me from gaining weight and having a big tummy. Sitting err working on a straight 8 hours in front of the PC is the primary cause of that. I tried minimizing and controlling my diet and do some quick breaks in between work but it was all in vain.

So I decided to look for diet programs that will suit my working style and I’ve discovered the Flat Belly Diet. This diet program was a result of a science-based solution that combines a cutting-edge nutrition plan with expert tips and advice. It centered on the research that discovered about eating healthy fats that they call MUFAs.

hmmm.. matagal na ata yun ah... hindi pa rin ba bumabalik sa dati? o baka naman coca cola body yang pinaplano mu. hahaha...
