Deck of the Week: The Extended Perfect Storm

The deck I'm going to feature for this week is the first place deck of the recent Grand Prix Los Angeles and was piloted by Luis Scott-Vargas. The deck functions by using mana boosting spells such as Rite of Flame and Desperate Ritual, and card drawers like Ponder to setup a Mind's Desire with a high storm count and finish off with a Tendrils of Agony on the opponent.
