I was reading some post at the Rumor Mill minutes ago when a person with the username jihadcw (don't know how pronounce it) posted the abilities of the planeswalker Nicol Bolas. His source was a friend who had acquired one of the tips and tricks cards from an opened Conflux box.To recall, the first two abilities of Nicol Bolas were already revealed but not yet his ultimate ability. Here he is with the complete abilities. Behold!
Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker - 4UBBR
Planeswalker - Bolas
+3: Destroy target noncreature permanent.
-2: Gain control of target creature.
-9: Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker deals 7 damage to target player. That player discards seven cards, then sacrifices seven permanents.
5 Starting Loyalty
I don't know of his rarity but I'm pretty sure he is a Mythic Rare.

WOAH! I think I'm most excited about the +3 counter advantage for his first ability and his -2 cost second ability. Bolas could be at +8 when first laid, then after that you can just keep on controlling those creatures. :-) I'm digging it. Third ability is a nice late-game advantage.

As if Planeswalker Decks weren'tt powewrful enough (Bolas + Garruk)
I picked up a few booster packs last night and lo and behold, Nicol Bolas was in there. He is a 5/5 planeswalker and those abilities you posted are in fact the abilities that are on the card. He still cost 8 mana to cast but a little bit easier. He takes 4 colorless, 1 blue, 2 black and on red. He is still a BAMF.
